Requirements:
Comfort and confidence in establishing community connections, maintaining business relationships, completing details according to policies designed to satisfy clients with timely, professional, and creative results. Proficiency with basic computer skills including but not limited to: e-mail, fax machines, Microsoft Office, industry specific software and Internal Intranet and other web-related tools are a must. The ability to multi-task, understand client markets, listen and accurately communicate with client needs, and apply learning to the needs and desires of clients are also a must. Excellent communication skills, creative script writing ability, experienced application of fundamental marketing skills as well as excellent presentation skills will allow candidate to focus on client needs and provide clients with the highest quality service. Preference will be given to Career-Minded Marketing Professionals with at least three years of full-time sales experience and a solid record of success.

Position and Duties:
Proficiently operate board, industry specific software and basic computer tasks. Ability to comfortably interact with the public to conduct live or recorded interviews either on-air or by phone as per policy. Record or conduct live on-location remotes, contests, and promotions. Voice, record, edit, mix and produce radio spots, advertisements and promotional material. Voice track, record, and/or live-read news, weather, sponsorship information, promotional information, public service announcements and other materials. Complete scheduled shifts with the ability to cover other shifts, sports shifts and perhaps own featured show. Attend station sponsored events and promotions which may include evening and weekend hours. Regular, emergency and event programming as needed with the flexibility to make on the fly corrections, replacements in scheduling logs, review, post, and write daily reports by hand and on-line, repair errors as per policies and possibly assist in closing certain specified sales and promotions. Any other duties as indicated by management.
Requirements:
Ability to multi-task a must, able to manipulate voice, learn and proficiently use various industry specific software including but not limited to scheduling software, editing tools, on-air programs, and basic computer tasks. Ability to accurately organize information, fill out, and post reports, reviews, or requested information on-line or in written form with detail. Easily and quickly interact with the public while carrying out multiple tasks with a cool, level headed attitude even in high pressure situations. Comfortably interact with other on-air personalities, employees, professional clients and members of the public. Candidate must be professional, reliable, honest, qualified as per state, federal, and FCC rules and regulations.
